Enterprise Account Executive – Google Cloud & AI
PCG DACH
• Strategic account planning & new business development: You identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts across the DACH region and develop innovative go-to-market strategies to win new customers within the Google ecosystem. • High-end deal closure: You own the full sales cycle, manage complex RFPs and negotiate contracts at C-level with the goal of successfully closing Professional Services deals. • Trusted advisor: You cultivate and grow long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts, understand their digital agendas, and position PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformations. • Ecosystem management & partnerships: You deepen strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate joint leads and optimize your market presence (including representation at relevant events and summits). • Deal enablement: You orchestrate the sales journey by working closely with delivery teams to pitch technically sound, customer-specific solutions while thinking beyond the obvious. • Performance & reporting: You use our CRM system (HubSpot) strategically to manage your pipeline, produce accurate forecasts and report your sales performance directly to management.
Job Requirements
- Proven hunter DNA & track record: Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in enterprise solution sales (IT/Cloud Professional Services), with a clear focus on new customer acquisition. Proven experience closing deals above €300K is an advantage.
- Strategic C-level engagement & stakeholder management: Ability to act as a convincing sparring partner and trusted advisor at C-level, present complex strategies and ensure effective stakeholder management.
- Ecosystem expertise & partner push: Solid experience managing partner ecosystems (especially Google) and actively driving vendor and partner leads to achieve joint targets.
- Independent drive & vision: High self-motivation, strong determination and reliability, combined with innovative thinking to unlock new market opportunities.
- Google Workspace & Cloud mastery: Deep understanding of the transformative impact of Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
- Sales & pipeline excellence: Proficient use of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to transparently manage the entire sales cycle and produce precise forecasts.
- Communication & languages: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English.

The Account Executive is responsible for increasing order and scan volume across all modalities from referring providers in their assigned geographic territory to ensure that the territory will exceed its budgeted same-store-growth, scan volume, and revenue commitments. This will include analyzing physician referral patterns to develop customer-level marketing plans, identifying opportunities to increase scan volume with existing referrers, and/or developing new referral channels. Responsible for managing assigned expense budget.
