• Manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing time, and resolving conflicts across time zones • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and attendee communication • Plan and execute company events, leadership offsites, team gatherings, and internal functions, partnering with Marketing, HR, and leadership • Own event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, travel arrangements, and on-site execution • Support board meetings and executive-level events, including preparation of materials and coordination of attendees • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-moving environment • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials • Manage expense reporting in accordance with company policies • Track and follow up on key action items, emails, and priorities on behalf of executives • Coordinate office logistics, meeting spaces, and catering for in-office events and meetings • Support ad hoc projects and company initiatives as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Requirements

This role is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining systems, supporting task execution, and contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations across the team.
