When exercising these duties, the Executive Personal Assistant is required at all times to: - Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. - Arranging travel, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the President (or CEO) to provide general assistance. - Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the President (or CEO). - Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments. - Carrying out background research and presenting findings. - Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. - Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the President (or CEO) is well prepared for meetings. - Carrying out specific projects and research. - Responsibility for accounts and budgets. - Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. - Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. - Regularly report to the Company and keep the Company promptly and fully informed (in writing, if so requested) of the performance of the duties assigned to the Employee and the affairs of the Company and provide such explanations and other information as the Company may from time to time require.
