As part of the Compliance Assurance and Oversight Team, youâll. As part of the Compliance Assurance and Oversight Team, youâll lead on Monzoâs cross-cutting compliance activities including Whistleblowing, SMCR, Market Abuse, Horizon Scanning and Regulatory Change, working with the wider Compliance Team to oversee Monzoâs management of conduct risk.
