The role: SoFi’s Affiliate Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager to join us as we continue to rapidly expand our affiliate partnerships across multiple verticals. This role’s primary focus is the “Relay Credit Score Monitoring and Financial Insights” product, Small Business Loans product, and Protect (Life and Auto Insurance) product. In this role, you’ll work closely with the x-functional team to build and maintain the affiliate program, manage internal processes (including compliance, reporting & analytics, forecasting, etc.), and lead internal stakeholder and partner engagement. What you’ll do: - Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day-to-day operations of managing our affiliate partners and relationships - Optimize and develop affiliate programs and strategically growing affiliate accounts - Passionate about developing, closing and growing affiliate partnerships. Has the ability to optimize from lead to revenue through negotiations and is able to translate that data into actions - Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating relationships through own initiative - Uses data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements and creative - Responsible for scaling volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel - Analyzes data, optimizes performance, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues - Develops affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues - Works with Business Unit, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Marketing to achieve goals - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success What you’ll need: - 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing - 7+ years of experience - Bachelor’s degree - Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position. - Data driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns - Experience with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms (Tableau, Impact, Snowflake etc.) - Ability to thrive in a fast paced performance driven environment - Effective organizational and time management skills - Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Experience in the Finance industry a plus Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below.
