Quality Control Manager

• Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements. • Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate. • Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for the project meets contractual requirements. • Review and approve Contractor and subcontractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements. • Understand client needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives. • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Construction Quality Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program.
  • Must be conscientious and responsible.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have a results-driven approach to work.
  • Must have outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred but not a requirement.
  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  • Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekend work as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.
