Lead Engineer
Spyrosoft
• Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications • Design and develop scalable and robust solutions • Build and maintain integrations with external systems and platforms • Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance • Contribute to technical architecture and development standards • Perform code reviews and support other developers • Collaborate closely with product owners, consultants, and business teams • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development
- Proven ownership of end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementations
- Strong experience with Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules
- Hands‑on experience with C# plugin development and JavaScript customization
- Experience building integrations between D365 CE and external systems
- Good understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and technical leadership
- Nice to have: Experience with D365 CE and D365 F&O integrations
- Connected Field Service / IoT experience
- Asset management domain knowledge
- Exposure to e‑mobility or EV‑related projects
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
