Granicus
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet the needs of a product organization with 20+ products. • Collaborate with product leaders, product managers, product owners, scrum masters, and engineering leaders to understand data needs. • Coordinate with cross-functional data teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data assets used by the product team. • Extract, clean, and analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights and dashboards. • Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports to support product planning and performance tracking. • Assist the product team in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in product usage and performance data. • Train the product team on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.
Job Requirements
- 4 + years’ experience with information systems, business intelligence, business analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Proficiency with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 , based on experience and alignment with role expectations.
