The Provider Relations Specialist serves as a central point of contact for a large network of behavioral health counselors, providing real-time administrative and operational support to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for assisting counselors with administrative, procedural, and documentation-related inquiries, enabling them to effectively complete assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet program requirements. The position plays a critical role in enhancing provider experience, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring alignment with program standards and timelines.
