Role Description We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our web application. Rails is central to our stack and you will be working on meaningful features that affect real users. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications. - Build and document RESTful APIs. - Write tests and maintain high code coverage. - Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and DevOps. - Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews. Qualifications - 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. - Strong understanding of MVC patterns and REST API design. - Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Familiarity with background job processing (Sidekiq or similar). - Comfortable with Git and remote engineering workflows.

Buscamos un Backend Developer PHP que quiera crecer en un entorno moderno, flexible y con visión de producto. Descripción del empleo ¿Qué harás? - Desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades en PHP - Participación en evolución arquitectónica (principios de arquitectura limpia). - Diseño y evolución de APIs. - Integración con servicios externos y sistemas de almacenamiento - Participación activa en decisiones técnicas - Desarrollo con enfoque en testing y calidad de código - Trabajo con MySQL y optimización de consultas. - Integración de soluciones basadas en IA: - Automatización de procesos. - Integración con modelos externos (LLMs, análisis de datos). - Funcionalidades inteligentes sobre datos de RRHH. - Mejora de rendimiento y escalabilidad. - Desarrollo con enfoque en calidad, testing y buenas prácticas (SDD).
