IT Engineer

• Provide day-to-day support through the IT helpdesk • Manage access to SaaS systems, including regular reconciliation • Set up and manage email accounts, groups, and calendars (Microsoft 365, Active Directory) • Install, configure, and upgrade software for self-hosted systems • Perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades • Monitor servers and services, resolving or escalating incidents as needed • Troubleshoot outages and prepare RFO (Reason for Outage) documentation when required • Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes • Collaborate with the wider IT and Security teams to document and improve internal workflows • Contribute to improving overall IT security hygiene and policies • Assist with hardware setup, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management • Plan and deliver IT assets to employees
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Linux administration, including RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
- Good understanding of IT hardware and system maintenance
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and work collaboratively in a team
- Nice to Have: Experience in an IT helpdesk or customer support environment
- Exposure to virtualization platforms
- Experience with technologies such as: Apache, Nginx MySQL, PostgreSQL Zabbix Puppet or Ansible Docker and Kubernetes

Join our Team About this opportunity We are now looking for an IT Engineer Graduate to perform IT services like operations support / maintenance and administration of customer systems. The position is part of a customer team and works always in customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible. The engineer provides support and maintenance of required customer products/systems and their relative sizing and optimization.
