Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
  • Extensive, proven experience in delivering and leading Generative AI projects
  • Strong expertise in: GenAI system design; Agentic AI patterns; Model serving and observability in production environments
  • Deep specialization in at least one of the following Data Science domains: Machine Learning; Deep Learning; Time Series Analysis and Forecasting; Optimization; Causal Machine Learning; Computer Vision
  • Solid foundational knowledge of the broader Data Science landscape
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to define long-term technical direction
  • Proven experience in multi-team advisory roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience in executive-level and high-pressure environments
  • Experience in pre-sales or client-facing technical roles
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership attitude
