Role Overview We’re hiring a hybrid creative who can edit high-converting videos, design premium visuals, and generate hyper-realistic AI content. This is a performance-driven role. You won’t just execute — you’ll own outcomes, contribute to strategy, and help scale creative output across the business.
Job Requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-performing D2C ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Turn raw/UGC footage into conversion-focused videos
- Design static creatives (ads, thumbnails, landing visuals)
- Generate hyper-realistic AI videos and visuals
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and compelling storytelling
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Rapidly iterate on winning creatives
- Use AI tools to accelerate production and ideation
- Collaborate on creative strategy (not just execution)
- Ensure high output and creative velocity across projects
- What We’re Looking For
- 1. Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing/design
- Proven exposure to D2C / performance marketing creatives
- 2. Performance + Psychology Understanding
- Strong understanding of human psychology and buyer behavior
- Ability to translate insights into high-converting creatives
- Understands hooks, retention, and ad fatigue
- 3. Strong Editing + Design Skills
- Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut
- Design: Photoshop (or equivalent)
- Ability to create clean, premium, brand-aligned visuals
- 4. Advanced AI Capability
- Able to generate hyper-realistic AI videos and creatives
- Experience with AI video, image generation, voiceovers, and scripting
- Strong interest in AI and willingness to lead AI adoption within the creative function
- 5. Ownership, Speed & Execution
- Highly productive with a strong bias toward getting things done
- Self-motivated (“batteries included”)
- Ensures high output — both personally and within the team
