About the Role Fanatics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to partner with our D2C Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across our direct-to-consumer platforms. This role will lead large-scale programs that span multiple engineering teams, translate strategy into execution, and improve how we deliver high-impact digital experiences to fans. What You'll Do - Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across D2C engineering, product, and design. - Translate business and product strategy into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. - Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Establish program governance, reporting, and execution best practices. - Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision-making. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles. - Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives in eCommerce or D2C environments. - Strong technical fluency (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms). - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. - Proven track record of managing complex dependencies across engineering teams. - Operate effectively in an AI-forward environment, leveraging modern AI tools and technologies as a core part of daily workflows and decision-making.
