Actuarial Pricing Review and Execution Lead, Programs

• Orchestrate analytical throughput across the team by translating direction from the Head of Pricing into clear workplans, sequencing tasks, aligning methodologies, and ensuring deliverables move efficiently from initial analysis to review-ready form. • Review all NA Insurance pricing analyses, monitoring inputs, and program deliverables before they reach the Head of Pricing. • Ensure consistent methodology and standards are applied across all programs and analyses. • Identify technical errors, inconsistent assumptions, gaps in reasoning, unclear documentation, and methodological drift. • Return structured, actionable feedback and ensure work is revised to review-ready standard. • Provide meaningful developmental coaching to junior, mid-level, and senior actuaries, reinforcing analytical standards, documentation discipline, and independent judgement. • Deliver repeatable guidance that builds team capabilities over time, not just fixes individual analyses • Review automated and summary outputs for reasonability and internal consistency. • Partner with data/Power BI specialists when monitoring findings indicate data or KPI issues (without owning data reconciliation). • Translate underwriting year performance into calendar-quarter financial impact, ensuring coherent and consistent narrative across programs.

Job Requirements

  • An FCAS credential
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial casualty insurance pricing
  • Demonstrated ability to review, critique and elevate actuarial analyses
  • Comfort operating across multiple workstreams simultaneously; strong organizational instincts.
  • A coaching orientation: patient, direct, and genuinely invested in others’ analytical maturity and judgement
