PowerApps Developer/Analyst
MSX International
• Design, develop, support, and enhance low-code solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. • Conduct information intake and discovery meetings with project leadership and stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements. • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical PowerApps designs. • Conceptualize, design, and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. • Integrate applications with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 data sources. • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot existing PowerApps solutions currently in production. • Enhance existing applications by implementing new features and optimizing performance and usability. • Apply best practices for data modeling, security, permissions, and environment management. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams. • Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
- Experience integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of Power Fx formulas, UI design, and app logic.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and role-based access control.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (such as Power Platform App Maker Associate) preferred.

The Development Coordinator role focuses on relationship building with donors and fundraising volunteers within their assigned event portfolio, driving impact and strengthening both donor and volunteer impact resulting in increased revenue and results. This individual is a high-energy team player who can effectively bring the mission to life within the community through collaboration, cultivation, inspiration, and engagement. They will implement activities to support organizational strategies through their assigned event revenue portfolio to drive optimal results and actively demonstrate and promote enterprise-wide mindsets. The New York Chapter is a subset of the Greater New York Territory, one of the top performing territories in the country, which plays a vital role in the organization’s success. The Territory includes Upstate New York, the Hudson Valley, the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, Westchester County, and Fairfield County in Connecticut. The Greater New York Territory has 22 staff, 5 Chapter Boards and 20 events collectively driving over $13.6 million in total net revenue. We have a hybrid work schedule, in office two days a week and working remotely and in the field three days a week. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Engagement – 60% • Drive revenue growth and year-over-year performance by implementing strategic fundraising and engagement plans within the assigned event portfolio • Expand individual and corporate support while achieving personal event revenue goals and contributing to overall event and chapter success • Partner with chapter colleagues to execute annual strategies that strengthen donor engagement and enhance the event experience • Implement consistent, timely, and meaningful stewardship strategies aligned with program standards for all event supporters • Lead efforts to retain, acquire, and activate supporters while building a strong pipeline for long-term organizational growth • Secure and steward key stakeholders, including table hosts, sponsors, and guests • Cultivate, solicit, and grow mid-level Fund A Cure donors • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement audience development strategies that inspire giving, maximize table participation, and drive revenue on event night Volunteer Management – 20% - Ensure meaningful engagement of volunteers at all levels and engage in good working relationships with key volunteer partners. - Partner with volunteer leadership to solicit funding and other support from individuals, corporations, foundations and other sources of funding and/or influence. Promote mission engagement opportunities throughout the community in the areas of research, advocacy, and community engagement and clinical trials. - Represent the interests, professionalism, and integrity of Breakthrough T1D in all activities and relationships through a commitment to organizational standards and leadership by personal example. Administration and Management – 10% - Maintain departmental and organization-wide policies and procedures - Develops expertise in fundraising management platforms, as appropriate. - Support event logistics as needed to ensure successful and smooth event experiences for volunteers and event participants.
