Role Description - Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. - Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. - Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. - Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. - Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. - Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. - Debug and fix technical problems. - Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. - Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. - Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. - Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications - Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience. - A bachelor's degree is required. - Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. - Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. - Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Experience working in an Agile environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. - Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands. - Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions. Position Overview: Oversee the general maintenance and repair of 30-60 company buildings, equipment, and property through the effective use of company technicians, vendors, and general contractors. Responsibilities Leads technician workforce to maximize efficiency and service quality. - Training – Through analysis of Corrigo data and field observations, identify technician and operator training needs on new and existing equipment.
