Empower Yourself. ***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.*** The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the overall roadmap and vision for the Generative AI platform, ensuring new platform capabilities align with strategic business goals. Working closely with the VP of Generative AI Platform and stakeholders across the organization, this person will bridge business needs with technical feasibility, manage product backlogs, and communicate updates to executives and key users. What you will do: - Develop, maintain, and communicate the Gen AI platform roadmap in alignment with business strategies. - Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt in collaboration with engineering and business partners. - Serve as a liaison between the business, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management in partnership with the Scrum Master. - Stay current on AI platform trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product direction. - Provide thought leadership to help shape the long-term vision of the Gen AI platform. - Define and track product KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business impact. - Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and iterate on product strategy. What you will bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI, cloud, or platform products. - Proven track record of managing complex technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Ability to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud-based infrastructures. - Strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term vision. - Normal Office Working Conditions: Primarily in a US-based office environment with occasional travel. - Flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements, depending on organizational policy. BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $125,400.00 - $181,875.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Product Manager (Ad Monetization & Ad Tech) Full time Remote Currently, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager (Ad Monetization & Ad Tech) to lead the technical development of our ad monetization systems and ensure scalable, reliable ad delivery across our mobile games. Your Role: - Act as the Product Owner for the technical development of ad monetization: define and prioritize solutions within the current ad-tech stack, as well as during the integration of new partners and tools; - Ensure stable ad delivery in mobile games; serve as the key technical expert in advertising monetization; - Identify and analyze issues in ad delivery (fill rate, latency, errors, discrepancies) and drive their resolution in collaboration with development and analytics teams; - Manage the integration and maintenance of advertising SDKs (Unity); - Support the launch of advertising experiments, ensuring correct implementation and measurement; - Develop and automate the advertising infrastructure (tools, monitoring).
