• Déploiement et animation de la politique environnementale. • Sensibiliser et accompagner les équipes projets afin d’améliorer les performances environnementales des projets. • Conduire des démarches de changement de pratiques au sein des équipes projets. • Apporter un appui méthodologique et pédagogique aux acteurs des projets. • Veiller à l’intégration des exigences environnementales dès les phases amont. • Piloter ou contribuer aux évaluations carbone des projets. • Proposer et suivre des leviers de réduction de l’empreinte environnementale des opérations. • Centraliser et diffuser les évolutions législatives et normatives. • Organiser la communication interne et externe autour des enjeux environnementaux des projets.

Job Requirements

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur en environnement, ou génie civil, transports, aménagement avec spécialisation environnement, ou Master universitaire en environnement, ingénierie, risques, aménagement, climat.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en environnement de projets complexes , idéalement : maîtrise d’ouvrage, bureau d’études, ingénierie ou grands projets d’infrastructure.
  • Solide maîtrise des enjeux environnementaux des projets d’infrastructures.
  • Connaissance des procédures réglementaires environnementales.
  • Pratique de l’évaluation carbone / GES / ACV appréciée.
  • Capacité à conduire des démarches transverses et à fédérer des acteurs métiers variés.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et capacité à structurer des messages.
  • Capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de pédagogie.
  • Sens de l’animation et de la communication.
  • Esprit d’initiative et autonomie.
  • Appétence pour le travail en transversalité et en environnement complexe.
