• Central point of contact and account manager for our most important clients, working closely with our Support, Development, and Professional Services teams • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality • Oversee support operations, including supporting our Team Lead Support • Prioritize incoming support requests according to urgency and business impact • Analyze and monitor ticket volumes for key accounts and manage and follow up on tickets until successful resolution • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the support process and continuously improve support and service procedures • Ensure timely implementation of measures • Prepare reports and status updates for customers and management and report directly to the COO • Contribute to escalation management and development of resolution strategies

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing role, e.g., Customer Success, Service Delivery, IT Support, or Technical Account Management, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Customer-focused mindset and confident presence
  • Solid experience with ticketing and knowledge management systems, particularly Jira and Confluence
  • Strong technical affinity and understanding of complex IT systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to set priorities clearly in a dynamic environment
