• Define end-to-end architecture for AEM-based retail platforms (AEM Sites and AEM Assets/DAM) • Design scalable, high-performance digital experiences for retail/eCommerce use cases (product discovery, promotions, personalization) • Architect and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) for product content, campaign assets, merchandising workflows • Lead integration architecture between AEM and enterprise systems (eCommerce platforms, PIM, OMS, CRM systems) • Design API-first and microservices-based architecture for content and commerce integration • Define AEM best practices (components, templates, workflows, OSGi services) • Optimize performance (dispatcher configuration, CDN strategies, caching) • Lead technical design discussions and architecture governance • Support AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) adoption and migration strategies

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel within a modular monolith architecture. • Build and enhance multi-tenant SaaS features, ensuring proper data isolation and tenant-aware functionality. • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, including Entities, Repositories, Managers, and DTOs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and continuously improve existing functionality. • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high code quality standards. • Work with code quality tools such as PHPStan, Rector, and Pint to ensure codebase consistency and reliability. • Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies using Redis to improve performance. • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, implementing robust and scalable solutions. • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in architectural decisions. • Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and improve code quality.

• Work directly with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server (Oracle experience also welcome) • Design, analyze, and improve database schemas used by long lived applications • Write and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability • Understand execution plans, indexes, locking, and transactions • Investigate and solve real production performance issues • Learn how large datasets behave under load and how to make them faster • Develop backend services in Java using the Spring ecosystem • Use Hibernate / JPA with an understanding of their strengths and pitfalls • Decide when ORM is helpful and when SQL is the better tool • Work on a stable but evolving codebase where improvements are welcome • Contribute to design discussions with a strong data - centric perspective.

• Define and evolve solution architectures at both high and low levels, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Serve as a technical reference across squads, guiding architectural decisions and engineering standards. • Lead the definition of cloud-native architecture on AWS, considering observability, resilience, and cost efficiency. • Establish and govern integration standards using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecture. • Support and guide teams in the consistent use of technologies such as .NET, Java, and Vue.js, ensuring technological cohesion. • Drive and review estimates based on complexity, ensuring predictability and quality of deliveries. • Promote engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, Clean Architecture, code review, and automated testing. • Support strategic decisions involving infrastructure, security, data, and complex integrations. • Work on evolving operational models, promoting efficiency and flow in delivery. • Ensure technical governance, reducing technical debt and encouraging continuous evolution of solutions.
