• As a Senior Elixir Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building the critical infrastructure to process transactions. • Developing internal automation tools to streamline payments. • Implementing the underlying functionality for features that our clients love. • Enhancing existing functionality and solving new problems as we continue to scale and grow.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in Elixir-based systems
  • Hands on experience with Elixir, Phoenix, and Postgres
  • Strong understanding of functional programming and event-driven architectures
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on experience building APIs, CQRS, PubSub
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services a plus
  • Proactively influence team communication and team dynamics to accomplish the tactical mission of the squad
  • Collaborates with others across teams to remove impediments and blockers
  • Strong debugging and diagnostic skills
  • Able to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Skilled at clearly documenting design and concept ideas
  • Skilled at providing and receiving feedback at all levels across the organization.
