Job Description Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center Associate plays a key role in supporting homeowners who have experienced property damage and are navigating the insurance claims process. In this role you would be responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls, process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds. Key Responsibilities - Handle Inbound Calls: Receive 30–50 calls daily from customers regarding property loss payments, which are issued after insurance claims are approved. - Assist with Claims Process: Help customers with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests related to their insurance payouts. - Track and Monitor Claims: Ensure that insurance claims are properly processed and that repairs are completed on damaged properties. - Provide Empathetic Support: Calls often involve sensitive situations (e.g., damage from natural disasters or infrastructure failures), requiring a compassionate and professional approach. - Document Interactions: Accurately input call details and actions into tracking systems. Experience - 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Proven ability to manage high‑volume inbound calls - Experience resolving escalated or sensitive customer issues - Claims handling experience strongly preferred - Demonstrated ability to accurately document interactions and track cases Education • High School Diploma or GED Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties.
