Job Summary The Lead Trade Compliance role is responsible for supporting Harley-Davidson’s global import and export compliance activities, helping ensure adherence to applicable international trade laws, regulations, and company policies. This role acts as both a subject-matter resource and a business partner, working closely with internal stakeholders to enable compliant, efficient global trade operations. The position will contribute to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of trade compliance programs, processes, and controls across regions and markets, with exposure to both operational execution and strategic initiatives.
