• Lead, plan, monitor, and execute cross-functional internal projects from initiation through completion. • Serve as a project expert across ABS, providing guidance and best practices to teams with varying PM maturity. • Build, refine, and implement project management toolkits, standards, and methodologies for the PM CoE. • Lead projects involving transformational work across commercial operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement. • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and recommend schedule, resource, and cost adjustments. • Report progress, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships across global teams. • Manage up to five concurrent projects at a time. • Explain difficult or sensitive information and create alignment among diverse stakeholders. • Act as a resource and mentor to colleagues with less project experience. • Champion and support change management efforts across the business.

Job Requirements

  • Progressive experience in project management (formal PM background not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, supply chain, or related areas.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders—especially in situations where initial alignment was low.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Authorized to work in the country of residence without sponsorship (as applicable).
