Role Description Full product ownership, from concept and design to launch. - Analyze market trends and apply insights to product planning. - Collaboration with stakeholders. - Work closely with Art, Development, and QA roles to deliver high-quality, engaging games development. - Backlog decomposition, define and prioritize tasks for the team. - Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation. Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Game Producer in gambling industry (Slots). - Strong understanding of slot game development lifecycle. - Experience interacting with various roles (designers, developers, QA, artists). - Excellent empathy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Comprehensive understanding of slot design — from math models (RTP, volatility) to bonus mechanics. - Ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and maintain a clear game roadmap/backlog. - Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, or other product management tools. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Ukrainian (native speaker). Requirements - Understanding of development technologies and animation tools. - Understanding of regulations and compliance in the gambling industry. - Basic understanding of player segmentation and monetization models.
