The Role We are looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to support and enhance our compensation practices in a dynamic, global, and data-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to ensure fair, competitive, and well-structured compensation decisions. You will play a key role in salary benchmarking, offer design, reporting, and compensation processes, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Leaders.
