Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or similar degree or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or immediate plans to become certified
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies
- Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- 5+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams or Project Management at the enterprise level
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
