Growth Operations Associate
Darkroom
• Own the Flight Plan Infrastructure • Managing the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan from client onboarding through full operational deployment. • Ensuring each client's Flight Plan is properly set up, maintained, and generating actionable insights. • Monitoring the health and accuracy of each client's operational and financial dashboards — including P&Ls, revenue tracking, and margin reporting. • Proactively identifying gaps or inefficiencies in a client's infrastructure and driving resolution. • Ensuring clients are actively using and benefiting from the insights derived from their Flight Plan.
Job Requirements
- You are proficient in advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred), with experience writing complex joins, working with nested schemas such as Shopify and Amazon Central data, and building aggregation and transformation logic.
- You are comfortable working with Python for automation and APIs, including data extraction, Cloud Functions, scheduled jobs, and ETL workflows.
- You are eager to integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance speed, accuracy, and output quality.
- You have hands-on experience with data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), including BigQuery architecture, raw-to-clean-to-aggregated data layers, and pipeline automation.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable in client-facing roles, including direct conversations with US-based e-commerce founders and operators.
- You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about accuracy.
- You prefer ownership over supervision and execution over theory.
- You can manage a complete financial and operational infrastructure — including dashboards and P&Ls — and ensure systems are clean, accurate, and actionable.
