Job Requirements

  • Ser residente de España
  • Aportar un mínimo de 6 años de experiencia progresiva y demostrable en Gestión del Cambio (Change Management), utilizando metodologías reconocidas del sector.
  • Poseer experiencia directa y obligatoria en el sector de Energía/Utilities, habiendo trabajado específicamente con aplicaciones IT relacionadas con la gestión de activos de energía renovable (Eólica/Fotovoltaica), sistemas EMS/SCADA e integración con mercados eléctricos europeos o del Reino Unido.
  • Acreditar un nivel de inglés excepcional (Nativo o fluidez bilingüe equivalente), siendo un requisito estrictamente indispensable para la interlocución diaria, negociación y redacción con el cliente británico.
  • Demostrar agudeza técnica para comprender arquitecturas IT complejas (como infraestructuras en Amazon AWS) y capacidad para traducir esos detalles técnicos en narrativas de cambio claras y enfocadas en el negocio.
  • Aportar excelentes habilidades interpersonales, destacando especialmente en la capacidad de influencia, la negociación y la resolución de conflictos.

We are looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, Gulf Coast (MS, LA and Memphis) with 4+ years of direct sales management experience out of Women’s Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health within New England. You will build, develop, and lead a high impact team of sales reps who will bring the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics, MFMs, and private OBGYN practices throughout the New England area. You will deliver clinical information to both external clients and internal teams. You will have significant influence over how the test is communicated to physicians and patients, and contribute to how the test evolves to better serve market needs. The Regional Manager - Prenatal is a remote position and reports to the Area Director.
