ROLE OVERVIEW LifeStance is undertaking one of its most significant technology initiatives to date, a multi-year enterprise EHR migration. This Senior Program Manager role sits within the Solutions Delivery team, reporting to the Director of Solutions Delivery, and was created specifically to lead critical workstreams within that program. The person stepping into it will play a central role in building the fuure technology foundation for the company. The Solutions Delivery team operates as an expanded program management function, going well beyond standard project coordination to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution and sustainment. Working directly alongside engineers, architects, data engineers, and integration developers, as well as clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders, to get the work across the finish line.
