About the Job The Engineer, Quality Systems provides technical leadership in food safety, quality systems, and process improvement to ensure Monogram’s products meet or exceed customer expectations. This role leads projects that strengthen process control, quality control points, and system capability while ensuring full adherence to Monogram standards, customer requirements, and all applicable regulatory guidelines. This is a remote role that requires travel to manufacturing facilities and partner locations to support design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Position Summary: A PPC (Power Plant Control) engineer designs, programs, and maintains the control systems that govern renewable energy facilities, such as wind, solar, battery energy storage system, or hybrid.
