We are seeking a US Registered Nurse (USRN) to support a U.S. healthcare client through remote clinical coordination, patient communication, and administrative assistance. This role requires conversational Spanish, as regular interaction with Spanish-speaking patients and families is part of day-to-day responsibilities. Job Responsibilities As a USRN at Core-VA Solutions, you will support healthcare operations by providing remote clinical and administrative assistance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Review and assess patient information remotely to monitor medical history, symptoms, medication adherence, and treatment progress, and escalate findings to providers as appropriate. - Participate in patient assessments through chart review, telehealth interactions, and standardized assessment tools, following established clinical protocols. - Assist in updating individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers. - Review and manage medication lists and support medication refill coordination by routing requests to providers or pharmacies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and families to support care coordination, reminders, education, and follow-ups (conversational Spanish). - Report significant changes in patient condition to the healthcare team and document accordingly. - Support training and guidance for staff by assisting with onboarding, reviewing workflows, and reinforcing clinical and documentation standards as directed. - Utilize telehealth platforms and secure communication tools for virtual interactions. - Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. - Organize and manage healthcare documentation, schedules, and records. - Support general administrative tasks related to clinical coordination and daily operations as needed.
