Job Description

Senior Technical Project Manager

Laurel

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff. • Orchestrate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom in coordination with implementation engineers. • Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO. • Run kickoff calls and host ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Triage issues in real time — escalating to engineering or leadership appropriately while maintaining customer confidence. • Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth as customers move through and beyond go-live. • Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using tools like Asana and Microsoft Planner. • Translate technical concepts — integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, API behaviors — into clear language for stakeholders at all levels. • Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale your own effectiveness and bring creative efficiency to implementation challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements without sacrificing quality or responsiveness.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms; strong task-oriented design instincts.
  • Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers — experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks: Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.
  • Working knowledge of or strong curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation — you use these tools, not just know of them.
  • Excellent communicator across all settings: executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Benefits

  • Great employee benefits, including equity and 401K
  • Bi-annual, in-person company off-sites, in unique locations, to grow and share time with the team
  • An opportunity to perform at your best while growing, making a meaningful impact on the company's trajectory, and embodying our core values: understanding your "why," dancing in the rain, being your whole self, and sanctifying time
