AI & Data Product Lead

Schneider Geospatial, LLC

• Drive AI & Data Execution • Define and prioritize AI use cases across the product portfolio, aligned to business goals and customer impact • Lead execution of AI initiatives from concept through production • Build & Deliver Solutions • Design and deliver AI-powered capabilities, including agentic workflows and automation layers on top of Schneider’s data platform • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ship scalable, production-ready features • Own ROI & Impact • Define success metrics and track outcomes (efficiency gains, automation, accuracy improvements) • Build business cases and continuously optimize solutions based on performance • Enable Cross-Product Adoption • Work across product teams to embed AI capabilities into core workflows • Establish repeatable patterns for scaling AI across the portfolio

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product roles, or applied AI/ML environments (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven or AI-powered solutions into production
  • Strong understanding of data platforms (data warehouses, pipelines) and how AI integrates into them
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools (LLMs, APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering)
  • Ability to define use cases and translate them into shippable solutions with measurable impact
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Data teams to execute complex initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and business outcomes
  • Familiarity with GIS, geospatial data, or GovTech workflows is a plus
  • Ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability in a high-impact role
