Senior Manager, Product Management – Dental Medicare

CVS Health

• Contributes to the dental Medicare product portfolio, conducting market analysis and driving new product development • Provides expertise and thought leadership, contributing to strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration • Drives innovation, evaluates performance, and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organization's growth and success • Ensures accurate administration and management of all dental plans • Defines requirements and multi-year roadmaps across multiple products/offerings • Leads an annual competitive analysis to benchmark competitor plan designs • Creates annual competitive insights slide deck and presents findings to senior leadership • Analyzes and monitors legislative, industry and competitive developments throughout the year • Translates competitive and market insights into product portfolio recommendations • Collaborates with Actuarial to share plan options and assumptions • Develops clear recommendation materials and presents proposals to Medicare leadership • Performs data analysis using claims, membership, and other operational datasets • Defines reporting requirements, key metrics/KPIs, and recurring dashboards to monitor product performance • Synthesizes large and complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations • Partners with the Group team to understand market needs • Supports the Bid Cycle to finalize approved product/plan offerings • Serves as a subject matter expert within product management and development • Prepares and delivers presentations and written updates • Provides guidance to develop policies and procedures • Monitors plan administration to ensure compliance with internal standards • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years’ work experience in product, strategy, or related field
  • Healthcare industry, preferably managed care
