Job DetailsJob Location: Flogistix Corporate - OKC, OK 73116Education Level: Master's DegreeSummary of Duties: Coordinate program communication, planning, action item tracking, business and technical decision-making and other information exchanges inside and outside of the Flogistix organization; recommend practical process changes and continuous improvement derived from technical data analysis, organizational assessment, and program progress. Capture and organize internal and external customer requirements. Create and maintain a cross-functional program schedule to track the status of project deliverables. Facilitate the resolution of existing issues, identification of potential risks, and implementation of risk mitigation tactics. Create and maintain financial analysis tools to calculate profit margins, return on investment, and other program metrics in collaboration with the Finance department. Create and maintain communication tools to enhance interdepartmental communication. Chair change control board to determine the necessity of proposed design and process changes. Support the Business Development team in exploring potential domestic and international business opportunities. Use skills in cost and data analysis to recommend both product cost-reduction opportunities and improvements in allocation of resources, scheduling, and business processes. Support the Finance and Supply Chain teams to build appropriate levels of inventory and spare part safety stock for the U.S. market by using historical data, lead time assessments, and supply chain risk analysis. *Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm QualificationsEducation requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related. Experience requirements: 5 years' experience working with supply chain from China in any occupation title. Special Skills or Other Requirements: Applicants must have experience with: Creating MS Project plans and constantly adjust the project status to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks. Generating 5-year financial projection analysis dashboard using MS Excel to examine the feasibility of potential business opportunities with multiple variables and probabilities. Managing project timelines and ensuring project schedules are met. Use Kanban board system to optimize purchasing and warehousing operational work flow. About the Role Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support the Office of the General Counsel by managing budgeting processes, operational workflows, M&A, technology platforms, and cross-functional initiatives. This role plays a critical part in improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling the legal team to deliver strategic value to the organization. You must reside within and work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours. Key Responsibilities 1- Budgeting & Financial Administration: - Support annual legal budgeting and forecasting processes. - Administer department-wide budget surveys and consolidate inputs. - Maintain budget tracking tools and reporting for Finance (A&F). - Track and maintain attorney bar licenses and in-house counsel memberships 2- Legal Operations & Systems Management: - Administer legal intake and workflow systems, including contract system requests (LEAH), request assignment and queue management - Monitor request lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely follow-up - Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and license utilization reporting. - Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation. 3- Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Initiatives: - Develop and maintain Legal Operations Maturity Model and Value Proposition. - Assist with preparing board-level materials, dashboards, and legal metrics reporting. - Analyze system and operational data to support decision-making and demonstrate value. 4- Project & Program Management: - Manage project plans in Smartsheet for legal and compliance initiatives. - Oversee entity management using company vendor(s) in coordination with attorneys. - Assist executive assistant with coordinating quarterly team meetings, including logistics, timelines, and materials. - Support cross-functional projects (e.g., Compliance Week, policy review initiatives). - Track tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Assist with government relations tracking and special projects as needed. - Assist with M&A due diligence and integration activities, as applicable. 5- Administrative & Team Support: - Provide backup executive assistant support to legal leadership as needed. - Maintain Legal & Compliance SharePoint site and internal resources. - Coordinate vendor relationships (e.g., legal research tools, training platforms, outside counsel, conferences, memberships, etc.). - Support team communications, meeting materials, and documentation. - Other general administrative support. Key Qualifications - Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferrred. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal, compliance, legal operations, or related field. - Familiarity with platforms such as CPAI, LEAH, or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) preferred. Experience in project management preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office required. Experience with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and generative AI (MS Copilot) are preferred. - Strong communication, organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive/confidential information. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary range for candidates is $87,100/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $115,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 9% of annual salary. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life.
