Job Description
Product Designer
Pairty
Join us to build the next generation professional networking platform What is Pairty Pairty introduces a new model for building real connections based on intent, credibility, and alignment. Members issue personal tokens that reflect their presence and aspirations within the network, while users who believe in a member’s potential can support them by acquiring a portion of their personal token. Our vision is to build the leading network for high-intent connections — a place where people can meaningfully discover, support, and engage with each other globally. By combining curated participation, structured engagement, and a transparent economic layer through the blockchain, Pairty creates an environment where professional relationships can efficiently thrive. About the Role We’re looking for a product-minded designer who has shaped how people connect, network, or build relationships at scale — and is ready to do it again from scratch. You’ve probably shipped something that millions of people use to present themselves, find opportunities, or gain access to exclusive communities. Maybe you helped define the visual language of how trust is communicated at a glance, or how a profile becomes a passport. If you’ve worked on products like Raya or LinkedIn — or anything in that space — you’ll feel right at home here. At Pairty, you’ll take ideas from sketch to interface fast, working directly with founders and engineers to launch MVPs that ship. You’ll own the design across multiple early-stage products simultaneously, balancing speed with craft. What You’ll Do - Design end-to-end user experiences, from low-fi wireframes to polished, production-ready UI - Lead visual direction of early-stage products, often from zero - Translate complex social or identity-driven interactions into clean, intuitive interfaces - Contribute to or create lightweight design systems that scale without slowing teams down - Collaborate directly with founders to understand product vision and user needs - Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing - Own the look and feel across apps, flows, and brand assets - Work closely with engineering to iterate quickly and ship confidently What We’re Looking For - Full-time, part-time, or agency candidates with 3+ years designing digital products (MVP or early-stage experience preferred) - Background designing social, professional network, or community-driven products (Raya, LinkedIn, Bumble, Clubhouse, Geneva, or similar is a strong signal) - Deep intuition for identity, profile, and trust UX - Excellent UX fundamentals and strong design instincts - Strong command of Figma and motion-friendly tools like Framer - Comfortable owning design across multiple products or startup ideas in parallel - Clear communicator who thrives in a remote-first environment - A portfolio demonstrating range — from interaction detail to product strategy - Ability to make confident design decisions with minimal direction Bonus Points - Experience designing exclusive or invite-based community flows (think: access, curation, membership) - Motion and interaction design skills - Frontend fluency or close dev collaboration (React, Tailwind, etc.) - Prior startup or founder experience - Comfort with wallets, dashboards, or dApps - Brand or marketing design experience - Genuine interest in identity, crypto/web3, or infrastructure-level ideas Why This Role You won’t be a cog in a design org. You’ll be the person who defines how a product looks, feels, and earns trust — from day one. If you're energized by ambiguity, fast shipping cycles, and working on products that could become the next thing people quietly brag about having access to, this is the role for you. Ready to Join Us? Perks & Benefits - Remote-first culture with flexible hours and location - Competitive salary and personal token incentives - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (U.S.) or full coverage elsewhere - Generous paid time off, parental and family leave - Annual learning and development budget for courses, conferences, and workshops - Hard problems, constant learning, Send us your resume and portfolio: info at pairty dot com
