Communications Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our business strategy and goals • Lead public relations planning, execution, and measurement • Identify and drive media opportunities that elevate visibility for Tobii Dynavox and the assistive communication category • Create, localize, and manage press releases, from planning and drafting to distribution and pitching • Produce high quality written content for external and internal audiences, including executive messaging, speeches, op-eds, and thought leadership articles • Identify and manage opportunities for executives and subject matter experts (SMEs) in conferences, panels, podcasts, and media features • Plan and execute influencer marketing initiatives in collaboration with the global social media and marketing teams • Prepare, brief, and coach spokespeople, including executives, for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances • Support IR communication in the US • Support crisis communication planning and execution • Serve as a key member of the communications response team for issues involving customers, products, regulatory matters, or other sensitive topics • Support internal communications initiatives working closely with the North America Market Unit

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in executive communications, thought leadership, or spokesperson preparation
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, social media environment, and influencer ecosystem
  • Experience coordinating communication activities across global teams/time zones
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a service minded, hands on approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Role Description The Member Engagement Specialist is responsible for telephonic outreach and screening of identified members based on plan stratification for care management with a call center approach. An experienced and energetic communicator, the engagement specialist is focused on deepening program participation as well as making members aware of CCNC (plan) programs and offerings. - Conduct continual telephonic outreach to identified and referred members focused on engaging members with care management services. - Receive and manage referrals from data reports; clinical care management team members, PCP, or other service providers for efficient screening and linking members with care management. - Complete and document member screenings tools and refer clinical needs to most appropriate clinical care management team member for assessment and follow up. - Schedule members for face-to-face or telephonic encounters for care management follow up. - Meet daily and monthly program productivity and engagement metrics. - Complete all assignments within expected timeframes. - Notify supervisor promptly of any issues with receiving or sending referrals, making timely care management assignments, or issues with carrying out any other duties assigned. - Abide by department guidelines, company policies, and HIPAA regulations. - Perform other duties that assist in keeping the operation organized and functional. - Attend departmental and corporate meetings. - Understand and uphold CCNC goals, objectives, and standards.
