Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are hiring a German-speaking Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting efforts and generate qualified sales pipeline opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys high-volume outreach, and can independently manage prospecting activities while collaborating closely with the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting with a target of 120+ calls per day - Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) - Execute multi-channel outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and follow-ups - Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives / Sales team members - Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline updates - Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities - Consistently meet and exceed outreach and pipeline generation KPIs - Research target accounts and identify decision-makers within finance and operations teams
Job Requirements
- Native German speaker (mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Highly independent and self-managed work style
- Able to work in a fast-paced remote sales environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
- Proven success in outbound prospecting or cold calling roles
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, FinTech, consulting, or finance-related industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience selling into mid-market companies
- Knowledge of finance transformation or ERP solutions is a plus
- 120+ outbound calls per day
