Senior Software Engineer, Blockchain

• Designing and optimising blockchain product architecture, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. • Leading the development, auditing, and integration of smart contracts within decentralised protocols. • Conducting technical research and proof-of-concept (PoC) experiments, while implementing best practices in blockchain development. • Developing and improving cross-chain interoperability solutions, such as cross-chain swaps and bridges. • Designing and developing efficient algorithms, with a focus on gas optimisation. • Defining and implementing effective CI/CD processes for blockchain development. • Analysing and addressing potential attack vectors and ensuring security best practices. • Continuously monitoring emerging blockchain, Web3, and crypto technologies. • Performing rigorous code reviews, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices in blockchain engineering. • Collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in blockchain engineering.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts (Solidity, Yul, EVM), and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions (Optimistic & ZK Rollups), and cross-chain protocols (atomic swaps, bridges, etc.).
  • Proven track record in technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong background in blockchain security and experience with smart contract audits.
