• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ETL and data engineers • Act as a hands-on contributor, designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and advanced SQL • Architect, build, and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines that integrate data from internal and external systems • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformations to support high-performance data processing and reporting • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency through validation frameworks, monitoring, and automated testing strategies

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or data warehousing
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and advanced SQL (query tuning, stored procedures, performance optimization)
  • Proven experience designing and managing enterprise data warehouse architectures and dimensional data models
  • Familiarity with integrating data across enterprise systems such as ERP, ATS, VMS, or financial platforms
  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, validation, and monitoring best practices
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or Snowflake is a plus)

Documentation & Compliance Responsibilities • Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes. • Ensure documentation meets DBHDS and DMAS regulatory standards and supervision requirements. • Document individual and group therapy services in accordance with billing, supervision, and clinical requirements. • Review client charts for clinical appropriateness, accuracy, and completeness. • Correct documentation errors promptly when identified. • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and agency policies.
