DEMV Systems GmbH

• You are the primary contact for all matters relating to cooperation with insurance carriers — from onboarding new insurers and negotiating commissions to conducting annual review meetings, offering marketing packages, and negotiating discounts. • You are the technical point of contact for brokers on questions related to the lines of business: health, life, SHUK (property/liability/accident/motor) and commercial lines. • You negotiate attractive coverage concepts and special promotions with insurance carriers. • You are responsible for expanding and optimizing our rate-quoting/pricing page. • You play a key role in implementing seasonal and ongoing sales campaigns and (public) events. • You support our inside-sales/back-office team with technical questions to ensure members are serviced optimally. • You work closely with our product teams and contribute your expertise constructively. • You take responsibility for quality management in the area of loss/claims ratios. • You stay up to date and monitor the market to bring new products and new carriers onto the platform. • Strong focus on the end-customer perspective: you work to optimize issues and topics from customer service together with insurance carriers, simplify and streamline processes and workflows, and further automate them using technology and AI.

May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role. Education: - A Diploma in health care or a related field, with a preference for bachelor’s degree. - Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration from the College of Nurses in the province of employment is required.
