• Support the Client Accounting Manager with the day-to-day management of the department • Develop and manage tracking mechanisms for client funding • Assist with the department’s compliance efforts as they relate to the changing regulatory environment surrounding claim payments and reporting • Develop and manage client reporting dashboards for internal use • Assist the Client Accounting Manager and VP of Accounting with the management of client relationships • Interact with colleagues across departments to communicate the status of payments and compliance efforts

• Responsible for monthly financial review for 20+ clients • Identify key variances, trends, and anomalies compared to prior periods • Review revenue and expenses and highlight unusual movements • Draft client-facing emails summarizing findings • Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time • Assist in bank reconciliations and accounting clean-up projects • Provide payroll recording support as needed

• Responsible for the monthly financial close process for 20+ clients • Review Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Identify key variances, trends, and anomalies compared to prior periods • Draft client-facing emails summarizing findings, questions, and recommendations • Generate and customize financial reports based on client requirements • Assist the team in meeting monthly and annual Financial Close deadlines • Categorizing backlog of bank feed activity • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Payroll review and recording • Review weekly uncleared transactions and determine or suggest solution for client • Perform reconciliations as defined by written process • Code all transactions from each bank or credit card account in the client bank feeds according to the written processes

• Manages and supports the timely completion of statutory audits • Works directly with tax advisors to drive completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting and filing • Performs ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations of financial records and transactional data • Manages the preparation of monthly accounting journal entries, accruals, and amortizations • Reviews and posts payments using proper costing techniques • Leads and develops direct reports within the team
