(20 Stunden/Woche verteilt von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 Uhr und 18 Uhr – flexibel nach Absprache.) Aufgaben - Als Organisationstalent bearbeitest du Aufträge und übernimmst die Datenpflege in unserem CRM-System – dabei bist du stets in engem Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern sowie unserem Vertrieb. - Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit und für unsere Account Manager: Telefonische Bedarfsermittlung sowie Terminvereinbarung gehören zu deinem Daily Doing. - Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit Neu- und Bestandskunden, informierst sie über unser Angebot und Leistungsportfolio, erstellst und verfolgst Angebote und hast Spaß am Austausch sowie der Kundengewinnung. - Du hast Freude daran mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen bei Herstellern und Distributoren im stetig guten Austausch zu stehen und Kontakte zu pflegen. Qualifikation - Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und bringst im besten Fall bereits erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder Auftragsmanagement mit. - Eine gewisse IT-Affinität sowie die Fähigkeit sich schnell Produktwissen anzueignen. - Kunden- und Serviceorientierung stehen für dich an erster Stelle. Dabei pflegst du eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise. - Die Arbeit mit M365 ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit und du kennst den Umgang mit Datenbanken und CRMs (bestenfalls Salesforce).
