Engineering Recruiter – Part-time, Temporary
VoltAir Inc.
• Source active and passive candidates for VoltAirs open positions • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, project experience, and team fit • Collaborate with Engineering directors and managers to understand job specifications and provide feedback on the candidate market
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Engineering, and/or related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically focused on engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, building information modeling (BIM), or software)
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Ability to understand complex engineering job requirements and assess candidate technical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage passive talent and build relationships with hiring leaders
- Proven ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced, temporary, or part-time capacity
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
