Loan Data Quality Analyst

• Review loan packets to ensure they are complete and accurate. • Check loan documents and data for consistency and completeness. • Verify loan data entered into the system to ensure accuracy. • Review loan files for compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inaccuracies in loan packets, which may involve communicating with borrowers, lenders, and other parties. • Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to loan data and documentation. • Collaborate with underwriters, closers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the review process.

Job Requirements

  • Five (5+) years of experience in loan processing within the housing market (manufactured housing experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that evolves as technology and the business scale.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Collaborative and innovative, with a strong desire for team success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • High degree of attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in loan files.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
