Role Description Noblis is hiring an Arms Control & CWMD Analyst for an on-call position. The Analyst shall provide the following support: - Assist AF/A10 in integrating and ensuring CWMD efforts in MAJCOM/agency AOR Operation Plans (OPLANS) and CONOPS. - Research, draft, and prepare doctrine style documents for AF review and implementation. - Coordinate amongst staff offices within the MAJCOMs/agencies on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense (CBRND) and CWMD Operational concepts and CONOPS to ensure integration of CWMD and CBRND efforts across the organization and within supported and subordinate units. - Support the development/institutionalization of CWMD doctrine, policy, education, and training, as well as TTPs, at the MAJCOM/agency. - Attend meetings, exercises, war games, conferences, and WGs to further emphasize and support AF CWMD requirements. The Analyst will also provide support to Arms Control missions. Tasking will include: - Policy Formulation, Development and Dissemination Support. - Implementation and Compliance Support. - Education and Training Support. - Modernization and Acquisition Support. - Analysis and Research Support. - Conference, Workshop and Meeting Support. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, will also consider an Associate's degree and 8 years of experience, or High School and 11 years. - Experience in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) operations. - Demonstrated experience with Major Command (MAJCOM) or DoD agency Operation Plans (OPLANS) and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS). - Proven experience in Arms Control policy, compliance, or implementation. - Experience supporting military exercises, war games, and operational planning. - Expert knowledge of CWMD and CBRND doctrine, policy, and operational concepts. - Strong understanding of Air Force organizational structure and MAJCOM operations. - Proficiency in drafting and preparing military doctrine-style documents. - Knowledge of Arms Control treaties, agreements, and compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) development. - Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is based on full-time status: USD $47.98 - USD $75.02 /Hr. Compensation for part-time or on-call staff is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.

• Serve as the expert for a body of research that demand and ABM leaders and team members with best practices, trends, actionable tools, templates and future thinking predictions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and services across Forrester to develop a complete research portfolio that drives customer delight and revenue. • Develop a deep understanding of what Forrester clients require to be successful as B2B demand and ABM leaders. • Conduct primary research to better understand how to 1) sell the RPT/buying group vision internally to gain consensus and move forward, 2) effectively pilot and implement an RPT project, 3) ensure revenue process transformation efforts encompass the entire customer lifecycle, including the integration of sales processes with marketing and customer success. • Use this research to help clients navigate operational challenges by providing assessments of current states as well as insights to desired states with actionable step-by-step guidance. • Conduct deep analysis of demand and ABM challenges and preferences balanced with CMO preferences and expectations. • Create high quality, actionable, analytically deep and fact-based research content consistently throughout the year, including a media mix of written reports, tools, webinars, videos, blogs, podcasts, infographics, and other intellectual property. • Build visibility for research and contribute to Forrester client communities. • Drive and lead key technology market evaluations through our Forrester Wave™ and Landscape methodologies for the practice and adjacent areas. • Consult with clients to apply Forrester’s research in the context of their specific business environment and help solve their problems through inquiry, guidance, advisory, and consulting engagements. • Present at Forrester hosted and industry-related events and deliver client webinars and speaking engagements. • Establish an industry presence as an influential speaker and thinker, build relationships with journalists and industry-groups who cover the sector, and participate in vendor briefings and field press inquiries as necessary. • Support business development and prospect conversations as arranged by Forrester’s account leadership teams. • Foster a leadership style that drives a culture of cross-team collaboration, mentorship, integrity, and relentless positive pursuits.

• Provide analytical support and actionable insights for SGWS Supplier Development & Marketing (SDM) executives • Compile and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources across the portfolio of SDM and SG+ suppliers • Analyze supplier business results, program performance, and contractual compliance • Support department-wide Insights projects that can drive standardization and efficiencies while driving innovation of new reporting capabilities and insights • Analyze business performance scorecards with specific commentary focused on business drivers, performance trends, risks, and opportunities including innovation items • Provide in-depth insights to support executive business decisions and supplier expansions • Research and analyze a portfolio of suppliers using both internal and external tools and resources to uncover key issues, benchmarks, and best practices • Influence performance-based culture through the development of analytics, tools, and technology leading to increased transparency, accountability, and best practice for the business • Serve as a contact along with the Supplier Insights Leader(s) for Suppliers to improve sales reporting capabilities • Maintain a predetermined set of standards and advise on new and innovative methods to improve the standards • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
