The platform is designed to help operators launch, scale, and optimize their online gaming businesses, with a strong focus on performance, flexibility, and long-term partnerships. The company has a solid presence across multiple international markets, including Asia and Latin America, and demonstrates consistent year-over-year growth. Position Overview: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead and coordinate the company’s marketing function, ensuring alignment across teams and driving performance-focused execution. The role focuses on building a structured marketing system across key areas, including digital, product marketing, analytics, communications, design, and events. The CMO will define and implement a unified strategy to support business growth. Alongside leadership, the role requires strong hands-on expertise in digital marketing, with involvement in performance optimization, analytics, and key initiatives. Success in this role means improving marketing efficiency, strengthening cross-team collaboration, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive global iGaming market.
Job Requirements
- Must-have:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in iGaming or a strong understanding of the industry
- Solid background in digital and performance marketing
- Experience in a leadership or team management role
- Understanding of B2B business models
- Ability to work with data, analytics, and performance metrics (ROI, LTV, conversion)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, or arbitrage
- Experience in event marketing
- Experience working with video content strategies
- Existing network or strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem
- Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership & Coordination
- Oversee and align multiple marketing teams, including digital, product marketing, analytics, communications, design, and events
- Ensure effective collaboration across departments and business units
- Manage both in-house teams and external partners
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Define target markets, positioning, and key acquisition channels
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive performance across digital channels
- Optimize traffic acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Work with affiliate, traffic, and acquisition channels (as a strong advantage)
- Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROI, LTV, and conversion rates
- Analyze customer journey and identify growth opportunities
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Budget Management
- Plan and control marketing budgets
- Allocate resources across channels based on performance
