• Contribute to the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements for high-impact, complex initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle. • Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation. • Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure business needs are reflected in technical designs. • Work closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders to ensure all scenarios are properly tested, defects are resolved, and the delivered solution meets business expectations and quality standards. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Work closely with the People Success and Compensation teams to understand product needs for how Deel utilizes the Deel HR Engage, Compensation, and Time-off products, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams that influences internal product development, assisting in new feature testing, and collaborating with our own people team to maximize usage and gather additional feedback. • Support and execute organizational structure changes within the system to ensure hierarchy accuracy, reporting reliability, and seamless change management. • Support People Ops in their endeavors to better utilize the documents product, optimizing workflows for document generation, storage, and compliance. • Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People, including HRIS, Engage, and other modules. • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs. • Partner with People, Product, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations. • Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team.

• Provide level 1 end user support within the PP, MM, WM, QM, & PM modules to ensure day to day business operations are continuous • Assist the business in monitoring inventory positions and monitoring production processing errors. • Monitor key master data elements to ensure accurate reporting for the business • Support break-fix and production issues • Perform standard system configuration to meet new business requirements • Communicate and document system changes to the business. • Document and deliver initial end user training as necessary. • Gain exposure to and proficiency in peripheral SAP modules (FI/CO & SD) as well as additional operating systems (Salesforce, Esker, Concur)

• Work closely with account management team and partner/reseller ecosystem • Support the pre-sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales activities, channel enablement and selected post-sales activities. • Understanding of the Fortinet portfolio and ability to demonstrate technical and business value. • Be the lead technical contact for the regional partner ecosystem, distribution pre-sales and engineering. • Manage all aspects of the technical sales enablement including architecture and implementation design consultation and best practice guidance.
